Can I design my own printed packaging?
Yes, if you work with design programs, you can easily create artwork yourself. Alternatively just email us the images you’d like us to incorporate, detail your idea, and our packtastic design team will work our magic and layout your design.
If you decide to create the design yourself then the most important thing is to create the design file on the correct template. Template links can always be found in the product description of our custom printed products. A full list of downloadable templates can also be found under the section “DESIGN TEMPLATES” on our ‘HELP’ page or by following the link below.

What are the requirements for a design file?
Our ‘ARTWORK HELP GUIDE’ on how to properly prepare design files is available in the link below.
If you’re creating your own artwork then we require your artwork to be supplied in PDF or AI format. However if we are laying out your design then high res logo’s and any other graphics you want printed on the cup to be in either of the following formats;
PDF, EPS, AI, PSD, High Res JPG, PNG etc. If in doubt, send over what you have and our professional designers will advise if the artwork sent is usable.
Can you create artwork for me?
Yes, If you need some design help just send us your logo and a brief outline of what you're looking for and our expert design team will take care of the rest. You can email help@packgenie.co.uk to discuss your design.

What are warped and rectangular templates?

Do I get to see a proof before printing?
Yes we email a digital proof for approval, should you have any changes required, we will send further proofs until you are satisfied and you sign off the artwork for production, we then will go to print and production.
Can I see a printed sample of my artwork before signing it off?
Unfortunately, we cannot send you a printed sample, but you will receive a digital proof, and offer free sample packs showcasing other customers printed packaging, this will show you the quality of products we produce.
Do you charge for artwork setup?
No, we don’t charge for laying out your artwork if you provide the logo and graphics, this is a FREE service.
Do I need to pay for origination machine setup?
Yes you do, on your first order, for subsequent orders no setup charges apply as long as you use the same artwork for that product and size. When you have selected which product you would like to purchase you will be asked: Is this a repeat order? You will then have the option to select – ‘Yes – Same artwork’ once you have double checked and you are happy you are using the same artwork on the matching size product then select this option and no origination charge will be applied.
Will I get charged for origination setup costs for repeat orders?
No, as long as long as you use the same artwork for that product and size. We list the setup charge as a separate product so it’s never added into the overall price. Just select the product you want to repeat, no setup cost will be added.

How do I upload my artwork?
Simply send us your artwork by uploading it to your order when adding to the basket. You can upload separate artwork files for each product if you’re ordering multiple product sizes / options.
If you're having trouble then you can email us your artwork after you have placed your order. We will check your artwork and email you a high-quality digital proof for approval before we start printing and making your products.
